Brighton and Hove
Currently all of our supported living services provide support to individuals over a 24hour period, at night providing either a sleep in, waking night or both if required.
Stoneleigh Avenue opened in 2008 and is situated in Patcham Brighton. It supports up to 3 individuals with severe learning disabilities with additional complex health and physical needs.
This service supports 3 individuals with mild-moderate learning disabilities and is in the Patcham area of Brighton.
Glen Rise supports 4 males with moderate learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, autism and additional health needs. It is situated in Westdene in Brighton.
This service opened at the beginning of 2013 and supports 4 young male adults who have moderate to severe learning disabilities as well as additional complex needs related to their autism.
This service in the Patcham area of Brighton currently supports 3 females with mild to moderate learning disabilities.
Norton Road is in central Hove and currently supports 3 individuals with mild – moderate learning disabilities, Autism and Challenging Behaviour.
This service is in Saltdean and provides support to 4 young adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour, it has been established since September 2010.
