Arundel Care Services & Arundel Domiciliary Care Services currently employ over 200 staff across Sussex and Surrey.

If you are interested in joining our organisation, we can offer permanent positions either full time or part-time or become one of our casual bank staff. Each employee is expected to work on a flexible shift basis, weekdays and weekends and to include where required sleep-in duties.

All potential employees are recruited following our recruitment policy and programme.

All staff complete a 3 month induction and are required to attend our in-service training programme. We also support staff to develop in their roles and take on additional training such as Health & Social Care Diplomas.

We have various position within the organisation, Support Workers – Days or Nights, Senior Support Workers, Team Leaders and Registered Managers.

We encourage applications from enthusiastic and motivated individuals who would like a challenging and rewarding role.

Experience is not essential as we provide training, however it is desirable to receive applications from individuals who have worked in learning disability services previously including with individuals that present with challenging behaviour.

Arundel Care Service specialise in supporting adults with learning difficulties, challenging behaviour, autism and other complex needs.
Every individual we work with has a person centred package of support in place which promotes their independence and encourages participation in a variety of activities based on their abilities, needs and interests.

As a Support Worker you will be assisting those we support with day-to-day living skills, encouraging and developing their independence, and working with individuals, their families and other professionals to help support them to partake in educational, occupational as well as leisure activities.
This is a varied and challenging role but incredibly rewarding.
