Every Person Has Their Own Story
We support adults with different needs, experiences and ambitions. Our role is to understand the person behind the support plan and help them live with greater choice, confidence and independence.
Support Shaped Around the Whole Person
A diagnosis or disability never tells the full story. Every person has their own personality, interests, relationships, routines and hopes for the future. We work closely with individuals, families and professionals to understand what good support looks like for that particular person. This allows us to provide assistance that feels respectful, meaningful and genuinely personal.
Partnership with Families and Professionals
Families, advocates, social workers, healthcare professionals and commissioners can all play an important role in someone’s support.
With the individual’s involvement and consent, we maintain open communication with the people around them. This helps everyone understand the support plan, respond to changing needs and work towards shared outcomes.
Supporting People Through Different Stages of Life
Learning Disabilities
We support people to develop everyday skills, make informed choices and participate more confidently in their local community.
Autism
Supporting individuals in a way that is unique to them and their specific needs. Using communication, sensory and environmental strategies amongst others, to enable them to have fulfilling lives.
Complex Needs
Our team also has the skills to support those who may have additional needs alongside their learning disability and/or autism such as a behavioural, mental health or physical health needs.
